This privacy policy describes how Maître Mitra Bigham collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact her. It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.

Data collected
During your visit, we collect pseudonymous data via Google Analytics and Google Ads: pages viewed, visit duration, device type, browser, language, country, traffic source and, where applicable, the ad click identifier (gclid). No full IP address is stored (anonymization enabled). When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number and message content, solely to respond to you.
Purposes of processing
Data collected via Google Analytics is used to measure site traffic and improve content. Data shared with Google Ads is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (conversion attribution) and, where applicable, to show our ads to visitors who have already viewed the site (remarketing). Contact form data is used solely to process your request and reply to you.
Legal basis
Processing of analytics data is based on your free and informed consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), collected via the banner displayed on the site. You may withdraw it at any time. Processing of contact form data is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention period
Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months by Google Analytics. Contact form data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, then archived in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to the legal profession.
Recipients & processors
Your data may be shared with the following providers, acting as data processors: • Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics & Google Ads) — audience measurement and ad campaign attribution • Resend, Inc. (email delivery) — contact form transmission • Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting and security Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
